The company was founded in 1995 by Con Kotis, who is still the sole director and together with a dedicated team has expanded to numerous buildings across Sydney.

Today, AEA is one of Sydney’s leading privately owned serviced apartment and management rights owners, managing and/or owning hundreds of millions of dollars in assets. AEA are the operators and onsite managers of each accommodation building, we are not just a booking agent! So rest assured we can look after you best when you arrive.

AEA was created for a niche market requiring serviced or furnished accommodation in Sydney as an alternative to traditional hotel rooms. The benefits quickly caught on and the serviced apartment style of accommodation has grown to be a well accepted form of family or homely accommodation for people on extended stays, or those simply requiring more space, with the same luxuries as a hotel.

Since 1995, AEA has carefully selected buildings that are conveniently located for those requiring corporate or serviced accommodation. Our selection of buildings is varied to suite a range of different tastes and preferences. Over the years we have operated landmark buildings including:
